Every plan includes the core platform with projects, tasks, calendar, documents, meetings, workflow automation, and team access. From there you add only the modules you need, like Commerce for your online store, Warehouse for pick-and-pack, or Customer Care for support. Each module is priced independently so you only pay for what you use.

Yes. You can cancel at any time and your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your data remains available for export for 14 days.

Your orders keep processing as normal. As you approach your order limit, you will receive a notification so you can upgrade in time. If you do go over, the extra orders are billed at a per-order rate until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade at any time and it takes effect immediately.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) on our EU-hosted infrastructure. Twinstack is built in line with GDPR requirements and includes role-based access control so you decide who sees what. Your data stays yours, and we never share it with third parties. Yes. All changes take effect immediately and are prorated, your next invoice will reflect the adjusted amount based on when you switched. You can manage everything from your environment.

Yes. You can import products, customers, and order history from your current system. Twinstack supports CSV and XLSX imports and can pull data directly from connected integrations.
