This Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Acme Trading BV (“Seller”) and the purchasing party identified below. The terms set forth herein govern all transactions, deliveries, and obligations arising from commercial orders placed through the Seller’s platform.

Payment shall be rendered within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly surcharge. Delivery timelines are subject to product availability and shall be confirmed upon order acceptance.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with sixty (60) days written notice. All outstanding obligations, including pending shipments and payments, shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
